Polish extreme metal band Behemoth announce their live album ‘In Absentia Dei’, set to be released on the 17th of December. It is taken from their infamous live stream event last year, which saw them perform songs from across their discography in an abandoned church in Poland.
‘In Absentia Dei’ was an artistic triumph, taking the lockdown performance to an extreme and cinematic level. The setting was visually striking with atmospheric lighting, shadows, smoke and fire, that are at times overwhelming to the senses, especially when paired with the unrelenting force of their performance. You are completely absorbed into their world.
The performance video of ‘Evoe’ is now available on Youtube, and the live audio is available for streaming on all services. Check it out below!
